Your BNI profile,
as a page you can share.

Send us your 1-2-1 planner and we'll turn it into a clean, modern web page — your Bio Sheet, GAINS exchange, contact sphere and best-customer profile, all at one link. Send it to a partner before your next 1-2-1 and they show up already knowing you.

Why bother

A 1-2-1 is better when it doesn't start from zero

Most 1-2-1s burn the first twenty minutes on background. A profile page hands that over in advance, so the meeting itself can go straight to referrals.

One link that says everything

No PDF attachments, no printouts that get lost. Send a link in a text or an email and your partner has your whole planner on any device.

Reads well anywhere

Built to be readable on a phone in the ten minutes before your meeting.

Update it any time

Goals change, your top ten changes. Send an updated planner and we'll refresh the page.

You decide what goes on it

Leave off anything you'd rather not publish — family details, your home city, whatever you choose.

Free, with no catch

No fee, no upsell, no mailing list. It's a contribution to the SoZona chapters — Givers Gain, after all.

What's on it

Straight from the planner you already fill in

We use the same four worksheets you complete for any 1-2-1 — nothing extra to write.

  1. 4.3

    Biography Sheet

Your business, profession, years in, previous work, and the personal details you're happy to share — plus your burning desire and the key to your success.

  2. 4.4

    GAINS Exchange

Goals, Accomplishments, Interests, Networks and Skills — the five essentials that make a referral partner genuinely useful to you.

  3. 4.5

    Contact Sphere

The professions that naturally refer you business, and the top three your chapter is still missing.

  4. 4.6

    Previous 10 Customers

What your best customers look like, where they come from, and the exact phrases that should make someone think of you.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are yours to build

  1. 1

    Send your planner

Upload your completed 1-2-1 planner — PDF, Word, photos of the printed pages, whatever you have. Nothing to install and no Dropbox account needed.

  2. 2

    We build the page

We lay it out, check it reads well on a phone, and send you a private preview link. Tell us what to change or take off.

  3. 3

    Share your link

Once you're happy we publish it. Send it ahead of every 1-2-1, drop it in your chapter's directory, put it in your email signature.

Send us your planner

Drop your file straight into our Dropbox folder. No account to create, nothing to install, and no email address to chase down.

Questions

Before you send anything

Who can get a profile page?

Any BNI member in a SoZona chapter. If you've filled in a 1-2-1 planner, send it over and we'll build your page.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There's no fee, no trial that expires and no upsell attached to it.

What file should I send?

Whatever you have. A filled-in 1-2-1 planner as a PDF or Word document is ideal, but clear photos of the printed worksheets work fine too. If some sections are blank, send it anyway — we'll build around what's there.

Do I need a Dropbox account to upload?

No. The upload button opens a Dropbox file request — you drop your file in and that's it. Dropbox will ask for your name so we know whose planner it is. You won't see anyone's email address and no one sees the rest of the folder.

Do I have to publish my personal details?

No, and it's worth thinking about before you send. The BNI planner asks for family information, your city of residence and other personal details. A profile page is public and search engines can index it, so leave off anything you'd rather not have online — children's names and ages especially. Tell us what to cut and we'll cut it, or just leave those parts of the planner blank.

Can I take my page down?

Any time, no reason needed. Ask and it comes down.

How long does it take?

Usually a few days. You'll get a private preview link to approve before anything is published.
